A Corporate Economist with over twenty years of experience in planning growth and competitive positioning for companies operating in Italy and abroad. He has developed solid expertise in business model design, strategic planning and advanced economic and financial planning, integrating advanced analytics, sophisticated enterprise risk management and cost management to transform data, complexity and risks into sustainable value.
He supports entrepreneurs, shareholders and management in extraordinary corporate finance transactions, including M&A processes, business valuations and complex negotiations, including in cross-border contexts. He also contributes to strengthening corporate governance, holding positions as an independent director, with strategic and control functions.
He specialised in Technical Analysis at SIAT (Italian Society of Technical Analysis), where he subsequently held the position of lecturer, focusing on Intermarket analysis applied to securities portfolios. He furthered his knowledge of financial market analysis at Bocconi University’s School of Business Management and corporate governance at LUISS Business School.
As an expert in business strategy and change management, he collaborates with academic institutions and corporate organisations on strategic development programmes. In particular, he works with the Department of Industrial, Information and Economic Engineering at the University of L’Aquila and the Department of Business Economics (DEA) at the University of Chieti-Pescara.
